The spacious ground floor includes a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a Nespresso machine for coffee enthusiasts. Bi-fold doors lead to an enclosed, west-facing garden, allowing for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The cozy sitting room invites relaxation, whether enjoying a favorite television show or engaging in friendly games, enhanced by the warmth of a stylish electric Aga stove that sets a comforting ambiance for unwinding after a day of exploration.
Thornham village is rich in local amenities, featuring three renowned pubs and the popular Thornham Deli, all within walking distance. A short stroll takes you to Drove Orchards, which hosts a variety of shops, including a farm shop and lifestyle boutiques, along with Eric’s Pizza and some of the finest fish and chips in Norfolk. Thistledown can also be booked as a smaller option for four guests, and it shares an entrance driveway with its sister property, Bluebell Cottage. This arrangement is perfect for families wishing to holiday together while maintaining their privacy. Guests should note that pets are not allowed, and children must be over the age of eight. Additionally, visitors are advised to bring their own Nespresso pods and should be aware that no starter pack or welcome hamper is provided at the property.
