The open-plan kitchen flows into a dining and sitting area, equipped with underfloor heating and an impressive double-sided wood burning stove that creates a warm atmosphere during colder months. French doors lead to an enclosed garden, while a terrace offers an inviting space for outdoor dining or enjoying morning coffee. The ground floor also includes a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a stylish free-standing roll-top bath, accessible from both the bedroom and a boot-room via Jack and Jill doors.

Ascending the elegant wooden staircase, guests will find three additional bedrooms on the first floor. The spacious master bedroom includes a super-king size bed and a Smart television, accompanied by a modern shower room with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a king-size bed and a Juliet balcony, with its own en-suite shower room, while the fourth bedroom offers twin beds and is also served by an en-suite. All bedrooms are adorned with fine white linens, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep. The property also includes a large enclosed garden, providing a safe play area for children and pets, along with parking space for two cars.

The Old English Barn is conveniently located for exploring the stunning North Norfolk coastline and the nearby Norfolk Broads, making it a perfect getaway year-round. Guests can enjoy easy access to the coastal path and the beach at Mundesley by walking through the surrounding lanes and fields. For larger groups, the barn can be booked alongside the Cart Shed for a total of ten guests. Additional amenities include the welcome of two well-behaved dogs for a small fee, synthetic bedding, and the availability of a travel cot and high chair upon request. Guests are advised to bring their own cot linens and coffee pods for the Lavazza A Modo Mio coffee machine, as no starter pack or welcome hamper is provided at the property.
