The home is designed with a contemporary flair, ensuring comfort and style, making it an ideal retreat just under two hours from Glasgow.

Inside, the ground floor features an expansive open-plan living area adorned with oak flooring, underfloor heating, and a log burner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the panoramic sea views through a large bay window while relaxing on plush sofas or a double seater swivel chair. The well-equipped kitchen includes modern amenities such as an Everhot electric cooker, a double induction hob, and a unique handmade oak table positioned to take in the scenic surroundings. Additional spaces on this level include a dining/games/music room, a conservatory with access to the patio, and a utility room complete with a Belfast sink and laundry facilities.

Accommodations include three king bedrooms on the upper floor, two of which can be configured as twin beds upon request. One of these rooms features an en-suite shower, while the other two share a stylish bathroom with both a bath and shower. The ground floor also offers a bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed, complete with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with fitted cupboards and comfortable bedding, ensuring a restful stay for all guests.

Outside, the property features a private patio for alfresco dining and a small terrace perfect for morning coffee. Ample parking is available, and guests have direct access to a sandy and rocky beach, where they can enjoy the natural beauty and observe local wildlife, including birds, dolphins, and seals. The surrounding area provides plenty of opportunities for exploration, with local amenities in Kames and nearby Tighnabruaich offering shops, restaurants, and recreational activities such as sailing and walking. While the garden is still a work in progress, guests are advised to exercise caution due to the presence of a stream and steep slopes.
