The townhouse spans three floors, inviting guests to unwind in the comfortable living room, equipped with a wall-mounted smart TV for entertainment. The modern kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering, featuring essential appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, and an integrated coffee machine. Families can gather around the breakfast bar or dining table, or enjoy meals in the enclosed terraced back garden, which offers outdoor seating and heating for year-round use. Guests can expect a seamless arrival experience with a meet-and-greet service provided by the property manager, who will facilitate key collection and a property tour. Check-in begins at 4 PM, with a latest departure time of 11 AM. Options for early check-in or late departure may be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability. A refundable £200 damage/security deposit is required prior to arrival, and the property maintains a strict non-smoking policy while prohibiting hen, stag, or party groups.
