The living space is designed for relaxation, featuring a cosy corner sofa and two plush armchairs in the sitting room, perfect for unwinding after a day spent exploring the nearby beaches. For added convenience, a practical wet room is situated on the first floor, complete with a shower, wash basin, and WC, ensuring guests have easy access to facilities after outdoor activities.

On the first floor, the property boasts four well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom features twin single beds. The third bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, and the fourth bedroom is fitted with bunk beds, ideal for children. This level is further enhanced by a family bathroom, which includes a bath, wash basin, and WC, catering to the needs of all guests.

Spring Tide also features an enclosed patio area accessible through double doors from the sitting room, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor dining. An outdoor shower is conveniently provided for rinsing off after beach visits, and a surf store is available for storing beach equipment. With its close proximity to the sandy beach and easy access to nearby villages such as Portreath and St Agnes, Spring Tide presents an idyllic retreat for families and groups seeking a memorable coastal getaway. Additionally, the property welcomes two well-behaved dogs for a small extra charge, and a cot and highchair are available upon request.
