Spacious Family Home With Huge Garden

Braunton, Devon

8

10 mins walk from stunning Croyde beach with a huge garden bordered by a babbling brook, this stylish, spacious family home offers comfort, convenience and plenty of room for fun! Putsborough Sands is also a short walk via an idyllic country lane. Two double bedrooms and two twin rooms (photos to follow of room 4) mean 8 people can sleep comfortably here. Not suitable for those with cat allergies/ a dislike of cats as our friendly cat comes with the house! No other pets permitted.
The space
The house enjoys an enviable location, a stone's throw from the centre of Croyde, yet in a quiet cul de sac away from the hustle and bustle of high season.

The rooms are light and airy, the spacious living area is open plan - perfect for socialising or keeping an eye on the kids.

A wood burning stove plus logs and kindling is on hand incase the weather turns cool.

A large deck means the socialising can spill outside, the swing seat and fire-pit are ideal additions for sunny days and balmy evenings.

A ground level (incredibly bouncy!) trampoline plus additional swings, a hammock and trapeze in the trees mean plenty on offer for children.

Although who says the adults can't also enjoy these? A great base for exploring the incredible variety of North Devon, beach life doesn't get much better than this.

There's excellent access to the great surf beaches at Saunton (longboarding heaven), Croyde (excellent shortboard waves on it's day) and Putsborough (somewhere in between) . And there's a hot outside shower to wash yourself down after a session in the garden.
Guest access
The entire house and garden will be at your disposal.
Other things to note
It's important to note that the garden is not gated and small children would need to be supervised when out of doors due to the proximity of the stream and access to the road.

This vacation home is located in Braunton. South West Coast Path Section 5 Trailhead and Ilfracombe Harbour are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore North Devon Coast and Basett's Ridge. Watermouth Castle and Marwood Hill Gardens are also worth visiting.
