Church Road House is located in Gorleston-on-Sea, Great Yarmouth. The property is located on a road with street parking (this is not guaranteed), with a range of areas to explore only a short walk/drive away.

Entrance/Accessibility
There is a private entrance to this property, located at the front of the house. Please note that access details for the property will be sent 24 hours before your stay.

There is street parking available but this is shared with other residents in the area. We all guests to be respectful when parking.

Kitchen Area
The Kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, microwave kettle and fridge/freezer. The house comes with tea, sugar and coffee, so be sure to help yourself. The dining space is separate to the kitchen- perfect for evening entertainment!

Living Area
After a busy day exploring, make your evening easier with a Netflix ready TV waiting for you in the cosy living room. Or maybe you fancy a family game at the dining table? There's plenty of space in this 4 bedroom house, with 2 separate living areas downstairs, both hosting a smart television.

Bedrooms
There are 4 Double Bedrooms in the house, all located on the first floor. Pack away your items for a break away or hand them on the clothes rail. We hope that all guests have the best, most comfortable stay!

Bathrooms
Both bathrooms are located on the ground floor at the back of the property. The first bathroom has an over the bath, shower with the second hosting a walk-in shower. Toilet rolls, towels and fresh linen are provided for your stay!
