The entrance hall offers ample storage for coats and connects to a separate WC and a fully equipped utility room. Shore Edge features four well-appointed bedrooms, including a spacious main bedroom with a super king-size bed, en-suite shower room, and private balcony overlooking Gull Rock. Two additional bedrooms, a king and a twin, share a generous family bathroom equipped with both a bath and a walk-in shower. The decor throughout the property is light and neutral, complemented by carefully selected artwork, while underfloor heating and a heat pump ensure comfort and warmth year-round.

Outside, the property is equipped with comfortable seating on the large balcony, perfect for soaking in the stunning views. An outdoor shower allows guests to rinse off after a day at the beach, and a storeroom provides convenient storage for surfboards and beach gear, along with an overflow fridge and freezer.
