Designed to maximize the picturesque scenery, the house features an expansive open-plan ground floor with large glass doors that lead to a wrap-around balcony, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The well-equipped kitchen, complete with a spacious island, serves as a social hub for cooking and gathering, while the dining area comfortably accommodates all guests around a bespoke wooden table.
The main seating area is thoughtfully arranged around a cozy log burner and a Smart TV, providing a perfect setting for relaxation after a day of exploration. Guests can enjoy watching the waves from strategically placed armchairs, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere. The entrance hall offers ample storage for coats and connects to a separate WC and a fully equipped utility room. A bespoke staircase leads to a bright landing illuminated by a glass atrium, further enhancing the open and airy feel of the home.
Shore Edge features four well-appointed bedrooms, including a spacious main bedroom with a super king-size bed, en-suite shower room, and private balcony overlooking Gull Rock. A second large bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite also offers a balcony with views of the sea and harbour. Two additional bedrooms, a king and a twin, share a generous family bathroom equipped with both a bath and a walk-in shower. The decor throughout the property is light and neutral, complemented by carefully selected artwork, while underfloor heating and a heat pump ensure comfort and warmth year-round.
Outside, the property is equipped with comfortable seating on the large balcony, perfect for soaking in the stunning views. An outdoor shower allows guests to rinse off after a day at the beach, and a storeroom provides convenient storage for surfboards and beach gear, along with an overflow fridge and freezer. Shore Edge is an ideal venue for families or friends seeking an unforgettable seaside holiday, with the added benefit of welcoming up to two well-behaved dogs for a small additional charge. A travel cot and highchair are available upon request, and a starter pack with logs is provided upon arrival for a cozy stay.
