Seaside Retreat In North Bay - With Parking

## Space

Four bedrooms, two kingsize beds and four single beds. Two sitting rooms and a large kitchen and dining area.

There is also a sheltered outdoor area at the back of the house with seating and a barbeque. When using the outdoor space we ask that you do not go down the spiral stairs, the neighbours might not appreciate this.

## Access

Unfortunately the house is not suitable for wheelchairs.

There is a stairgate provided for the safety of small children.

One of the twin rooms is on the first floor but the other bedrooms are on the second and third floor.

The ground floor level where the kitchen and dining room are situated is also up a flight of stairs from the street.

## Interaction

Either we or one of our friends will greet you with the key on your arrival. The beds will already be made on your arrival.

## Neighborhood

The house is situated on a quiet road near the Old Town. Overlooking the sea it is close to cliffs known for the nests of rare birds of prey, however most of the birds in the neighbourhood are Heron Gulls and Kittiwakes. These are noisy critters.

## Transit

Everything in town is within walking distance. It is a 15 minute walk to the train station (although this will take longer with luggage and when you are getting your bearings). Taxi should cost £5 from the train station to the house.

## Notes

There is private off-road parking space (one car) available and scratch cards for on street parking available for additional cars.

Located in Scarborough, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. YMCA Theatre and Scarborough Maritime Heritage Centre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Scarborough Pleasure Steamers and Scarborough Harbour. Traveling with kids? Consider North Bay Railway and alpamare. Discover the area's water adventures with windsurfing, motor boating, and sailing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with hiking/biking trails.
