The charming village of Old Hunstanton is a short walk with pubs, restaurants and safe, sandy beach. Hunstanton town centre is a lovely, ten minute walk along the cliff tops. The area is renowned for its bird watching, walks and water sports. Local restaurants are only a short walk and the West Norfolk coast and countryside with many interests such as Golf, Stately Homes, Bird Reserves, etc only minutes by car. Old Hunstanton Golf Links are just a short walk although there is a car park. The Norfolk Coastal Path is also close by. Ground floor; Entrance into hallway with two bedrooms; one with a king size bed with shower ensuite and the other with twins. Family bathroom having bath, ( hand held shower over) washbasin and WC. Separate WC and washbasin. Open plan living area with triple ceiling to floor patio doors to take advantage of the garden and patio. Freeview TV.
