The ground floor also includes an additional double room equipped with a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room, along with French doors that open to a south-facing seating area. A utility room with a washer/dryer and drinks fridge enhances convenience, while the private outdoor area is perfect for dining and socializing amidst mature landscaping.
The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen, elegantly finished in light grey, complete with essential appliances such as an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher.
