This inviting retreat features four bedrooms, with two located in the main cottage and two in a separate annex. Nestled just two miles from the charming Georgian town of Holt and five miles from the picturesque north Norfolk coast, the property is ideally situated for exploring the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The tranquil River Glaven flows a mere 300 yards from the cottage, adding to the serene environment.

The Old Stables is equipped to a high standard, ensuring a comfortable stay for its guests. The main cottage boasts a well-appointed kitchen featuring an Aga, oven, hob, dishwasher, and a dining area that can seat eight. A cozy additional space in the kitchen includes a sofa, two armchairs, and a TV, perfect for relaxation. The boot room provides ample storage for pets, coats, and boots, while a conveniently located twin bedroom and a bathroom with both a bath and shower are situated on the ground floor. Upstairs, guests can unwind in a large sitting room adorned with an open fire and comfortable seating, complemented by scenic views of the surrounding fields.

The annex, located across a small lawn from the main cottage, offers a spacious bedroom with a super king bed and a small kitchenette equipped with a kettle, fridge, and sink. Additionally, a small twin room with trundle beds and a new shower room featuring underfloor heating enhances the accommodation. Guests can enjoy the heated swimming pool, accessible from the annex, which is available from mid-May to mid-September. It is important to note that children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area, and dogs are not permitted in the pool garden to protect the pool lining.

The secure courtyard garden surrounding The Old Stables features a lawn, patio, garden furniture, and a BBQ, providing a perfect setting for outdoor enjoyment.
