Having been in the same family for over six decades, this beachside home holds historical significance, once operating as The Green Dolphin Café. It has recently gained recognition as a filming location for the popular Netflix series "Hinterland," attracting fans who can easily identify nearby landmarks, including the Train Station and Glanmor Hotel. With direct access to the beach from the back gate, guests can enjoy over three miles of sandy shores, perfect for creating lasting memories with family and friends. The charming seaside village of Borth serves as an excellent base for further adventures, boasting a train station that connects to scenic routes towards Pwllheli and Aberystwyth.
