The space
This newly renovated, traditional terraced town house is located in the centre of Whitstable. The house retains many of its original features and has a modern kitchen with underfloor heating.

Downstairs there is a lovely large living room with smart tv and comfy sofas at the front. The other half of the room is set up as a study / games area which can also be used as a work space. At the back of the house is a large open plan kitchen and dining area which opens onto the private garden. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need including a wine fridge, boiling water tap, dishwasher and washer dryer. The dining table can comfortably seat 8 (with space for high chairs) and gives a lovely view into the garden. There is a downstairs toilet.

In the garden is a heated outdoor shower for coming back from a swim on the beach. There is also a garden table and chairs, and a fire pit for toasting marshmallows.

Upstairs there are three generous bedrooms and family bathroom with separate bath and shower. Two bedrooms contain luxurious king size double beds with wardrobe space and chest of drawers to store your clothes. The rear bedroom contains two sets of bunk beds and two large beanbags, perfect for the children to enjoy.

The property is 5 minutes walk from the beach and the high street, With fantastic restaurants, loads of independent shops and family friendly activities, you’ll be spoilt for choice.

There is a car park opposite the house and free on street parking on adjoining streets.

Guest access
The house is solely for the use of the guests.

2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine tablets, washing up liquid, Antibacterial spray, Kitchen roll, enough toilet roll for 2-3 days, 2 black bin liners, 2 white bin liners.

We also provide all bed linen, bath and hand towels and toiletries for guests
