On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, both equipped with 'zip and link beds' that can be configured as either two twin beds or a queen-size double, along with a shared toilet and shower room. The second floor houses the third bedroom, also featuring a 'zip and link bed' that can be converted based on the group's needs. This floor includes a bathroom with both a separate bath and shower, enhancing the comfort and convenience for all guests.
Additionally, Park View offers a small external patio at the rear of the property, where smoking is permitted, while ensuring that the interior remains smoke-free. For those traveling by car, a secure car park is available within a five-minute walk for £18 per day. Standard check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with all beds made up for guests upon arrival.
