Convenient unrestricted on-road parking is available at the front of the property.
The first-floor sitting room is a highlight of the home, boasting a large sash bay window with a cozy window seat, a flame gas fire, and a stylish arrangement of furniture, including a large sofa and two armchairs. Unique touches like a dismantled drum kit repurposed as coffee tables add character to the space, complemented by polished wood floors. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a flat-screen Toshiba TV equipped with Netflix, although an individual login is required. This inviting room serves as a perfect gathering spot for relaxation and socializing.
Flowing seamlessly from the sitting room, the contemporary kitchen features modern units and elegant granite work surfaces, equipped with integrated appliances such as a Bosch fridge/freezer, washing machine, Smeg gas hob/oven, and a Neff dishwasher. A large dining table with benches and chairs provides a comfortable area for meals, making it a great space for culinary adventures and family dinners. The master bedroom is furnished with a super king bed, complete with bedside tables and lamps, alongside a fitted double wardrobe for ample storage.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful stay. The family bathroom features a luxurious roll-top Victorian-style bath and a separate shower cubicle, while the second-floor landing offers additional storage. Bedroom Two includes a king-size bed and built-in wardrobe, Bedroom Three has twin beds with creative furnishings, and Bedroom Four, a bunk room, is available upon request for children under 12. The second shower room enhances the convenience of the layout, making this property not only stylish but also functional for larger groups. Additionally, guests have the option to book Osprey, the flat located below Kestrel, for even more accommodation space.
