Experience a taste of luxury in this 20ft wide Clearwater lodge. Huge and Comfortable living room with 50" TV, separate dining room and large well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. 3 great size bedrooms including a master double with walk-in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room, 2 twin rooms with full size single beds and a family shower bathroom. The lodge has a full wrap decking which is accessible from the front door or from the patio doors which lead into the living room. Parking spaces are allocated directly outside the lodge with space for more than 1 car.
PLEASE NOTE - All Facilities, restaurants and shops will be closed from 14th November 2022 and will reopen Friday 10th Feb 2023. There may be disruption to utilities during this time as the park will be carrying out scheduled maintenance.
LOUNGE – Bright living area, with double french doors opening up onto decking, Plenty of comfy freestanding sofas and armchair, large wall hanging 50″ TV with freeview. Cosy electric fireplace. Additional sleeping with full height luxury inflatable bed
KITCHEN – Lots of worktop and cupboard space equipped with everything you may need if you choose to stay in and cook. Dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and separate fridge and freezer nestled under the worktops.
DINING ROOM - Separate dining room with large dining table and seating for 6 but space for more.
BEDROOMS – Spacious Master bedroom with king-size bed, with walk in changing room and en suite toilet and shower, also benefits from TV with DVD and freeview. Second and third bedroom each with 2 single beds.
BATHROOMS – Main bathroom has good size shower, toilet and sink. En suite in master bedroom with shower

YOU REQUIRE THESE TO HAVE ACCESS TO RESTAURANTS, BARS, OUTSIDE AREAS AND ALL OTHER FACILITIES AFTER 5PM. YOU WILL ALSO REQUIRE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES TO ACCESS SWIMMING POOLS AT ANY TIME.
This mobile home is located in Rye. Rye Castle Museum and Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Light Railway are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Rye Golf Club and 1066 Country Walk. Romney Sands Station and Rye Farm World are also worth visiting.
