The first floor houses an additional double bedroom, ensuring ample space for relaxation. Families will appreciate the dedicated games area on the first floor, complete with a TV, DVD player, and a selection of toys and games, making it a perfect retreat for younger guests. Essential amenities such as WiFi, Freeview TV, and included utilities add to the comfort of the home.
The vacation home is conveniently located just 0.2 miles from the nearest shop and 0.4 miles from both the coast and local pubs, allowing guests easy access to local amenities. Although pets are not permitted, the property is well-equipped for families, with provisions for a travel cot, highchair, and stairgate if needed. Guests are reminded to bring their own towels, while bed linen is provided. A £100 security deposit is required, which is returned upon successful completion of the stay.
