The dining area is conveniently located within the kitchen, promoting a warm, open-plan atmosphere. Two generous sitting rooms connected by an archway offer a cozy space for relaxation, with options for entertainment or quiet reading by the wood-burning stove. The conservatory, overlooking the enclosed garden, provides a stunning ocean view, allowing families to keep an eye on children playing outside while enjoying the comfort of the indoors.

The cottage's garden has been recently fenced to ensure safety for pets, featuring a charming wooden picket fence at the front and discreet mesh wire along the borders. Accommodations include a ground-floor king-size bedroom with zip and link beds and an en-suite shower room, making it accessible for guests with mobility issues. Upstairs, three additional spacious bedrooms await, including a double with an en-suite bath and shower, and two further doubles sharing a shower room. The owners have prioritized comfort, using high-quality mattresses and luxurious Egyptian Cotton linens, ensuring a restful stay for all guests.
