This property is part of a former hospital site that has been revitalized to include modern accommodations alongside an on-site gymnasium and swimming pool. Ideal for families or groups, Meadow House is conveniently located near the Suffolk Coast & Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with the nearest beach just under five miles away and essential amenities, such as a village shop and post office, within a mile.
Inside, the house features a well-appointed layout that includes two en-suite shower rooms, a family bathroom, a sitting room, dining room, and a kitchen equipped with modern appliances like an electric oven and five-ring gas hob. The accommodation comprises a super king bed that can convert into twin beds, a king bed, a double bed, and two single beds, making it versatile for various guest arrangements. For added convenience, the property is equipped with Wi-Fi, gas heating, and essential utilities, ensuring a comfortable stay for all visitors.
Outdoor amenities include a patio area with garden furniture, providing guests with a serene spot to relax while overlooking picturesque open countryside. Although BBQs are not permitted, the shared swimming pool is a highlight of the development and is available from March 31 to November 1, as well as during the Christmas, New Year, and February half-term periods. However, guests should be aware that the pool may occasionally close for maintenance, which is managed by the Blyth View management company.
Parking is available with allocated space for one car, alongside unlimited parking options at the rear of the property. Guests should note that pets and smoking are not allowed on the premises, and short breaks can be arranged. Upon booking, guests will receive detailed travel and key collection instructions after full payment is processed. The surrounding area offers cultural highlights such as the Halesworth Airfield Museum and The Cut Arts Centre, along with local activities like vineyard tours and visits to nearby nature reserves, ensuring a rich and enjoyable experience in the heart of Suffolk.
