Guests can relax in the living space, which features sofas, armchairs, and a large Smart TV with a full Sky package. Additionally, a utility room on the first floor offers practical amenities like a washer/dryer and ironing facilities.
Outdoor spaces at Madrona include enclosed and sheltered gravelled patio areas, complete with outdoor dining furniture for eight and comfortable seating options. A BBQ is available for guest use, although visitors are advised to bring their own charcoal. The property also features private parking for three to four vehicles, ensuring convenience for those traveling by car. Madrona is pet-friendly, allowing two well-behaved dogs for an additional fee, and is generally suitable for children, with travel cots, high chairs, and stair gates available upon request.
