The dining room, furnished with a farmhouse table and Monks bench, comfortably seats eight and connects to a well-equipped kitchen. This kitchen showcases bespoke cabinets, quartz worktops, and high-end integrated appliances, including a large Smeg range cooker and a Belfast sink. Bi-fold doors lead to a charming courtyard, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of Prosecco in the fresh air.

On the first floor, guests will find two king-size bedrooms adorned with luxurious bedding and furnishings, alongside a lavish bathroom featuring marble tiles and a Hansgrohe Rain Shower. The second floor comprises an additional king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom, with another stylish bathroom complete with a bath and rain shower. Guests can expect a restful night’s sleep on hotel-quality thick towels, crisp cotton sheets, and sumptuous pocket sprung mattresses, ensuring a rejuvenating experience.

Situated centrally yet quietly, 4 St Martins Lane offers convenient access to York's attractions, with the famous Micklegate just a short walk away. While parking is not available on-site, nearby options can be booked online for a reasonable fee. The property is family-friendly, equipped with amenities like board games, books, and kids' toys.
