Entrance hall/foyer - Hanging area for coats and area for boots.
Drawing Room - Wood burning stove and two large sofas and metal chair
Snug - Wood burning stove, two leather sofas and a wicker small 2-seater. TV and DVD player.
Sitting/dining room - Dining table for 8. Comfortable seating for 6, wood-stove and Smart TV 4K.
Sun Room - Located off the old dairy and kitchen. Seating for four.
Bedrooms - Bedroom 1: Superking bed - dual aspect views. Bedroom 2: King bed. Bedroom 3: Small single room. Bedroom 4: Double bed. Bedroom 5: Single room with dual aspect.
Bathrooms - Two first-floor bathrooms. Bathroom 1: Shower, cast iron style bath, WC, sink. Bathroom 2: Cast iron style bath, WC, hand basin. Ground floor cloakroom with WC and hand basin.
Outdoors - Outside area by sun room with table and 8 chairs Picnic benches x 1 on side section of garden to seat 4 Outside games room with ping pong table and fridge for beers etc. Games room can be used to store bikes as can be locked.
BBQ - Charcoal BBQ. Please bring your own charcoal.
Parking - Plentiful by the back of the property or in area before drive. Llangwyfan Isaf is accessed along a private unadopted road shared with the house at Porth Cwyfan. It has pedestrian footpath access over it for the public to go to Porth Cwyfan and a locked gate.
Children - Travel cot (bedding not supplied) and high chair available. Stair gates not available - please note there are two sets of stairs. Note the house has large gardens and may not be suitable for children as the owner is wilding some areas.
Bikes - Guests may use the games room/ping pong shed and lockable and close to a hosepipe.
Wetsuits - Hanging outside or in the shed.
Race Track - Trac Mon is very close to the house and is noisy at times, when the track is in use.
WiFi - Full WiFi.

General - Less than a 10- 15-minute walk distance to Porth Cwyfan beach (pebbles). Two miles to the local shop in Aberffraw. Four miles to the pubs and takeaways at Rhosneigr. Right next to Trac Mon, so very noisy at times. Six miles to the train station in Valley. A bus stop is at the gatehouse on the main road - less than a mile. One internal door is lower than average for those over 5ft 10inch, you may need to duck!
Utilities - All utilities, linen and bath towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Oil heating and constant hot water. Please note that there are no towel radiators in bathrooms, just normal radiators with hanging racks.
This cottage is located in Ty Croes. Eglwys Cwyfan and Barclodiad y Gawres Burial Chamber are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Anglesey Model Village & Gardens and Summit to Sea. Traveling with kids? Consider Holyhead Maritime Museum and Ellins Tower Visitor Centre.
