The house accommodates up to eight guests, with two additional sofa beds available for occasional use, making it perfect for family gatherings or group retreats.
The property has been recently renovated in a modern minimalist style, featuring ceramic and wooden floors that enhance its aesthetic appeal. West Winds boasts a spacious garden, primarily laid to lawn, with steep slopes and limestone rock faces that add to its natural charm. The large sliding windows in the living room provide stunning views of the Bristol Channel and the Atlantic Ocean, opening onto a patio and front lawn that are perfect for al fresco dining and sunbathing. Guests can also enjoy ample parking space and easy access to the nearby beach, known as "The Sands," which is just a short walk away.
Inside, West Winds offers a well-equipped living space, including a large living room, a modern kitchen, three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), and a contemporary bathroom with two showers. An additional self-contained flat is located upstairs, featuring a double bed, a sofa bed, a small kitchen, and a bathroom, accessible via secure external steps. The kitchen facilities are comprehensive, including an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, and more, while oil-fired central heating ensures comfort throughout the property. High-speed Super Fast Fibre Broadband is available, although mobile phone reception may vary.
Guests are welcome to bring clean, well-behaved dogs, and smoking is prohibited inside the house. The surrounding area offers a plethora of outdoor activities, including walking, hiking, fishing, swimming, and surfing, with the coastal path leading to nearby villages and beautiful beaches.
