Nearby is the city of Canterbury, which is home to the country s oldest cathedral and perfect for some retail therapy or a trip to the theatre. Those thrill seekers among you will enjoy a trip to the recently restored Dreamland theme park in Margate and for a sophisticated day out why not enjoy a spot of lunch overlooking the Harbour in Ramsgate.
