Enter this stylish property into the spacious lounge with comfortable seating and TV, a welcoming space to retire too after a full on day exploring the local area. Head through the hallway where the ground floor double bedroom and en suite wet room with shower and WC is located. At the end of the corridor is where you will find the fully equipped kitchen with dual fuel oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Next door you ll find a social dining room benefiting a table large enough for the whole group with ample seating, leading to the games room complete with table football and TV, a space the children will enjoy. An additional wet room with shower and WC can also be found on the ground floor. Head up to the first floor where the front double bedroom boasts views across the beach over the Solent and en suite bathroom and WC. The bathroom with bath and WC can be found before the two twin bedrooms at the rear of the house, overlooking the enclosed lawned garden. Double doors from the kitchen lead out onto the decking area overlooking the pretty enclosed lawned garden, complete with hot tub, patio furniture and buschbeck wellington grill BBQ, this is the perfect place for the whole group to gather and enjoy some al fresco dining. There is enough space available at the front of the property with off road parking for up to 4 cars.
