There is a network of lake or mountain walking paths from your door as this area is a haven for walking, cycling and water sports, with 2 marinas, again only a short walk from the property, where you can board the launch across to Keswick and around Derwentwater Lake. Keswick has a fabulous indoor climbing centre or why not have a go at Go Ape. The Lingholm Estate is a short walk away and has a fabulous restaurant, some fabulous walks and walled garden. Entering the property, you will instantly feel at home walking into the hallway, your eye is instantly drawn to the large open plan country kitchen and spacious formal dining area.
