Llanelli is a traditional Welsh market town which offers everything you would expect, so, if you ever tire of gazing at the amazing natural beauty on your doorstep, you can head just 2 miles for all your shopping needs. The town also includes a popular indoor market full of fresh produce. If you re looking for outdoor activities, why not walk or cycle the 13 mile Millennium Coastal Path which stretches from Bynea to Pembrey? Along this beautiful trail you will discover Burry Port, a small harbour town with a pretty lighthouse and miles of golden sandy beaches. Pembrey Country Park, one of Wales best attractions is just 10 miles away, where, amongst other things, you ll find an impressive 130 metre dry ski slope and Wales longest toboggan run. Step inside this delightful, seaside property into the hallway where you can access the sleek and well equipped kitchen including a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a ground floor WC and the first of two living spaces. The large open plan lounge/diner is a perfect place to get everyone together at meal times and discuss the days plans. When you come back from all those fun activities, relax on one of the three sofas to watch a movie on the Smart TV. If you can t agree on what to watch, just head up to the first floor where you will find a cosy snug room complete with second Smart TV plus a balcony with sea views a great spot to unwind. The snug comes complete with a sofa bed should you require it. The family bathroom with WC is also located on the first floor so pack the bubbles for a long, hot soak. Across the hall is the master bedroom with a king size bed, plenty of drawers and wardrobe space, as well as an en suite shower room with WC. The second floor provides you with two identical twin bedrooms, both with chests of drawers and wardrobes. The only thing to decide is who will have the sea view. You will also find the large double headed shower room with WC on this top floor. Outside, to the rear of the property, you have a large, private and secure patio area perfect for storing your bikes. It also has a charcoal BBQ and garden furniture for al fresco dining. Off road parking for 1 car and on road parking subject to availability.
