Located in Cefn Berain, 3 miles from the historic market town of Denbigh with eateries and independent shops, and 10 miles from go karting at nearby Glan y Gors. The beach at Abergele is 6 miles away offering lots of seaside fun. Visit beautiful Colwyn Bay, stroll the pretty cobbled streets of Conwy town and walk the Conwy Castle Walls, or explore the beach, Victorian pier, and Great Orme at Llandudno, all within 25 miles. Join the coastal path for majestic sea views or explore Snowdonia National Park, both within 20 miles, and visit attractions such as Zip World and National Trust s Bodnant Gardens. Enjoy a holiday at this stone house full of interesting features, creature comforts and all the thoughtful little extras to enhance your stay. The hall snug is welcoming with a sofa and wood burner. The fabulous kitchen is to the left, a lovely area with lots of natural light, lovely views from the window and plenty of space to rustle up a meal. There is a separate utility with a washing machine and WC. The dining table is the perfect setting for everyone to gather together with a window and French doors overlooking the garden, and with a Smart TV for background music or family favourites. After dinner relax in the lovely lounge with comfortable sofas, a feature wood burner and Smart TV, perfect for cosy nights in. Maybe you have a pianist in the family who can treat you all and play on the piano by the patio doors. Upstairs, you will find four wonderful bedrooms to choose from a king size bedroom with Smart TV, en suite shower room and a private balcony, a second king size with an en suite shower room, and two lovely twin rooms. To complete the accommodation is the elegant bathroom with a free standing bath and WC. Make the most of the delightful garden with lawns, established borders and superb countryside views. Relax in the hot tub, enjoy al fresco dining at the table and chairs, and don t forget to fire up the charcoal BBQ one evening. The games barn has table tennis and a football table, whilst in the opposite corner of the garden there s the children's play area including slides.
