Just a short drive from the beaches of Crackington Haven and Widemouth Bay amongst others, you ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to sandy stretches to wander on, maybe even dipping your toes in the sea. Crackington Haven has a few amenities, including a fantastic pub by the beach, but for more variety venture slightly further afield to Bude in the north, or Tintagel and Boscastle heading south. There s a selection of restaurants and shops to choose from at any of the larger towns and villages and all are easily reachable from the property. Travelling beyond, there s a multitude of attractions including Newquay Zoo, Launceston Steam Railway, The Eden Project and The Milky Way. Consisting of four bedrooms, this spacious and beautifully finished property has plenty of room for a large family or group of friends. Upon entering the house, the stylish lounge is a welcoming area, creating a home from home feeling as soon as you step inside. The dining table is large enough for the whole party, whilst the kitchen is well equipped comprising an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and TV/DVD. It also has access outside via a large porch, suitable for storing any muddy boots. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, one with a double bed and en suite shower room with WC, the other is a twin bedroom. There is also a separate wet room, with shower and WC. Up on the first floor, the other two bedrooms benefit from having stunning views. The double room has an en suite shower room and WC, with lovely views out to sea. The second room is accessed down 2 steps and features twin beds, an en suite shower room with WC and has views across the sprawling countryside. Outside there is an enclosed garden, part laid to lawn and part patio, with garden furniture and a BBQ. Sit back and enjoy the sea views as the sun shines down. There is ample parking for three cars.
