The light-filled lounge area is designed for relaxation, equipped with a Smart TV, Blu-ray player, and family games, all while providing expansive views of Brean Down and the Bleadon Hills.
The remaining two bedrooms each feature king-size beds and en suite shower rooms, enhancing the comfort and privacy for guests. The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen and dining area, which includes modern appliances such as an electric range oven, induction hob, and a breakfast table. The dining area comfortably accommodates eight guests, making it perfect for family meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, the main bathroom is modern and stylish, featuring a freestanding bath and a separate shower. A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer adds to the convenience of the property.
Outside, the fully enclosed garden offers 180-degree panoramic views of the Bristol Channel and Brean beach, providing ample space for garden games and a children's climbing frame. A decked area with seating for eight extends from the kitchen, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxation. At the rear of the garden, a BBQ lodge invites families to enjoy cookouts together. The property also includes off-road parking for four cars, ensuring guests have a hassle-free stay while enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Brean.
