A leisurely stroll to nearby Bucklers Hard allows guests to unwind at the local pub/hotel while enjoying scenic riverside views.

Upon entering the property, guests are greeted by a well-equipped kitchen featuring an AGA (operational during winter months), an electric oven and hob, a separate fridge and freezer, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The kitchen flows into a stylish lounge/diner, which is highlighted by a cozy wood burner, creating a warm atmosphere for gatherings. For entertainment, a snug area is available, complete with a TV and DVD player, making it an ideal spot for movie nights. Additional amenities include a separate WC and a utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The first floor hosts a variety of sleeping arrangements, including a king-size zip-and-link bedroom that can be converted into a twin upon request, complete with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower over the bath. Two single bedrooms with raised high-level beds are suitable for guests aged ten and above, alongside a double bedroom and another king-size bedroom boasting river views and an en suite bathroom. A shared bathroom with a bath and WC is also located on this level, ensuring ample facilities for all guests.
