The rear of the property features two additional bedrooms with delightful garden views, one of which also has an en suite shower room. A separate bathroom with both a bath and shower completes the upper level, ensuring ample facilities for all guests while noting the presence of one or two low doorways throughout the home.
Stepping outside from the sunroom, guests can enjoy the illuminated patio area furnished with quality outdoor dining furniture, perfect for al fresco meals. An outdoor shower is conveniently located for rinsing off after beach visits. The extensive, well-maintained garden, bordered by a stone wall, comprises both lawn and meadow areas, providing a picturesque setting for relaxation.
