-No Hen or Stag parties allowed.
-Only named guests on the booking are permitted access. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please ensure that we have the name, email and telephone number of the guest.

-No smoking permitted in the building or in the communal outside areas.
-We kindly request you to leave the home clean and tidy behind you with all waste items removed.
-Please use the general and recycle bins correctly. The bins will not be collected if they are contaminated and a charge may be made.
-No commercial vehicles or minibuses are allowed on the site without prior arrangement.
-No business activity to be carried out in the home.
This vacation home is located in Banbury. Farnborough Hall and Upton House are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include The National Herb Centre and Steane Park Garden.
