This four-storey terraced holiday home accommodates up to eight guests across its four well-appointed bedrooms. The property has been meticulously restored to a high standard, offering stunning sea views from the master bedroom that overlook the Harbour, Porthminster Beach, and Hayle. Its prime location places it just minutes away from local beaches, the Harbour, and a variety of restaurants and galleries, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing family holiday.

The first floor features a spacious and light-filled lounge equipped with a Smart TV, complemented by a cozy reading area perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine. Guests can also enjoy a small outside balcony. Descending to the ground floor, visitors will find a large open-plan kitchen and dining area, which is well-equipped with modern appliances including a free-standing fridge freezer, a large range cooker, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The dining area boasts a sizable table that comfortably seats eight, along with a sofa and another Smart TV, making it an excellent space for family gatherings. A convenient WC with a wash hand basin is also located on this floor, along with access to a small courtyard for washing wetsuits.

The top floor of Harbour Moorings features the master bedroom, which offers breathtaking views of the Harbour and Porthminster Beach. This room is furnished with a king-sized bed, ample storage, a Smart TV, and relaxing chairs to enjoy the scenery. Additionally, a bunk bed room with sea glimpses is located on this floor, alongside a family bathroom equipped with a bath, shower, WC, and wash hand basin. The second floor accommodates two more spacious bedrooms, both with ample storage, and includes a further bathroom featuring a double shower, WC, and wash hand basin. One bedroom has a king-sized bed while the other has a zip and link bed that can be configured as either two singles or a king-sized bed, catering to various guest needs.

Harbour Moorings is equipped with Wi-Fi, and linen and towels are provided for guests. The property does not allow dogs and offers off-site parking for one car located just 0.1 miles away. It features gas central heating and operates on a Saturday changeover schedule, with flexible short breaks available. Check-in is at 5:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests should be aware that the traditional cottage design includes stairs that may not be suitable for everyone, particularly young children, and a stairgate cannot be accommodated.
