Situated in the tranquil village of Pwllheli, Gwynedd, this traditional 17th-century stone cottage offers a charming retreat for up to eight guests. With four well-appointed bedrooms—three doubles and one twin—the cottage has been thoughtfully renovated to preserve its original character while providing modern comforts. The interior includes a country-style kitchen equipped with essential appliances such as an electric oven, hob, dishwasher, and two fridge/freezers, alongside a cosy lounge/diner featuring an open fire and a separate sitting room for relaxation.

Groesfa is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the nearest beach, which is adjacent to Abersoch's golf club and a delightful seaside café that serves local produce. Guests can also enjoy the nearby Porth Tocyn Hotel, known for its award-winning restaurant that offers stunning views of the bay. The vibrant streets of Abersoch, only a short drive away, present a variety of dining options, boutique shops, and scenic walking routes, making it an ideal destination for both relaxation and outdoor activities.

The cottage is designed for family comfort, featuring two shower rooms and an outdoor utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ample storage for beach and gardening equipment. Entertainment options include a Smart TV in the living area and a separate TV for gaming in the sitting room, complete with an Xbox and several games. For families traveling with young children, a travel cot is available upon request, although guests are advised to bring their own cot linen.

Outside, the property boasts a picturesque garden adorned with trees and well-maintained flower beds, alongside a lawned area and a paved seating space equipped with a wooden table and bench, perfect for al fresco dining. A charcoal BBQ is also available for outdoor cooking. Additional amenities include private off-road parking for up to three cars, central heating, and included bed linen. While towels are not provided, they can be hired for a small fee. Guests are reminded that smoking is not permitted inside the cottage, and an Accidental Damage Deposit may be required prior to arrival for peace of mind during their stay.
