The estate's gardens, once tended by the head gardener of HM Queen Elizabeth, provide a picturesque backdrop for the house, enhancing its idyllic charm.

Garden House features relaxed accommodation spread over two floors, with a choice of super-king or twin beds available in two of the bedrooms, ensuring comfort for all guests. The well-equipped kitchen includes an Aga, perfect for preparing meals, while the inviting sitting room overlooks the stunning gardens, creating a serene space for relaxation. The property is enveloped by a formal Walled Garden, known for its meticulously stocked beds and borders, as well as a more informal garden area where children and dogs can play safely.

Guests will find themselves within walking distance of the Sandringham Visitors’ Centre and the Sandringham Café & Coffee Shop, which offers high-quality, locally sourced food. The expansive Country Park, covering over 200 hectares, provides ample opportunities for leisurely strolls and exploration. Families can enjoy the large Adventure Play Area, making it a perfect destination for children. Additionally, the stunning North Norfolk beaches are just a short drive away, surrounded by picturesque meadows, lavender fields, and charming English villages that feature traditional pubs and tranquil duck ponds.

Garden House is designed with convenience in mind, offering provided kindling and logs for warmth. However, guests should note that a travel cot is not available. Up to three dogs are welcome, though they must be kept on a lead in the formal Walled Garden, while they can roam freely in the informal garden area for a small additional charge. It is important to respect the property's boundaries, as access to the stud paddocks at the bottom of the Walled Garden is restricted. The property also benefits from a private water supply, ensuring a comfortable stay for all visitors.
