The second floor is dedicated to sleeping arrangements, offering a stunning master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin room that can be converted into a Super King bed, and a bunk room with adult-sized bunk beds, along with a separate w/c.

Guests at Fred's Place can enjoy a range of activities right on their doorstep, including kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming, thanks to its prime location adjacent to Kingsand Beach. The property is conveniently located next to the popular Devonport Inn and is just a short walk from a public pay and display car park, as private parking is not available in the historic village.
