Upon entering the property, visitors are greeted by a beautifully designed open-plan living space that features a striking painting on the staircase. The living area is equipped with comfortable sofas surrounding a unique wall-set gas flame fire, creating a cozy atmosphere. Entertainment options abound, including a 40" flat screen TV with BT TV and a Sony Blu Ray sound system with Bluetooth connectivity. The large dining table, with views extending to the beach, enhances the dining experience, especially when the doors are thrown open for an al fresco feel.
The bespoke kitchen is a chef's delight, providing all necessary amenities for effortless cooking. It includes a coffee maker that uses beans (with a complimentary bag provided), an inset sink, a dishwasher, and a gas range hob paired with an electric oven and combination microwave. A central island serves as a convenient breakfast bar, while a utility room with a washer/dryer and an additional shower makes it easy to clean up after a day at the beach.
Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed, with each bedroom featuring a combination TV and DVD player with Freeview. The ground floor hosts a twin and a double bedroom, both sharing a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a private balcony and an ensuite shower room, while an additional twin bedroom also has its own ensuite facilities. The property offers allocated off-road parking for two cars and a garden with grassed areas, though the balcony's spectacular views and proximity to the beach compensate for the lack of a traditional garden.
