Upon entering the cottage, guests are welcomed by a hallway that leads to various living spaces. The sunroom boasts breathtaking views of the bay and is equipped with comfortable seating, a telescope, and a HiFi system for music lovers. The separate sitting room, which includes a dining area, also offers estuary views and features a woodburner, a TV with FreeSat, and a DVD player for entertainment. The well-equipped kitchen allows for the preparation of delicious meals, perhaps utilizing fresh local fish, which can be enjoyed at the dining area within the sitting room, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere for shared meals.

The accommodation comprises four bedrooms, including a king-size double with an en-suite shower, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom, all of which enjoy lovely views of the estuary.
