My son & I moved here 16 years ago and we love our home! It is walking distance to the beach, has its own off-road parking for 2 cars, which is unusual in the village, & a nice sized garden. The main bedroom is ensuite, there is also a downstairs toilet & family bathroom upstairs. We both read a lot so there are loads of books to get stuck into, as well as three tvs if you have a night in. There is a lovely deck outside the dining room and french doors open onto it for a nice view with a drink! Kitchen: range cooker, washing machine, toaster, kettle, slow cooker.
Dining room: table can seat 8 comfortably.
Lounge: wood burner.
Bedroom 1: king size bed, en-suite shower and sink. Sea views.
Bedroom 2: double bed, sofa, tv, sea view
Bedroom 3: double bed
Bedroom 4: set up as a 2nd lounge, but I have 2 fold up single beds which I can put up for your stay.
Garden: There are views of the sea from the deck, and lots of birds and sometimes bats visit the garden. There is a table and picnic blankets, a hammock and deck chairs. A charcoal bbq.
As I normally live here there are condiments galore in the kitchen, and herbs and spices too. I am not clearing all of my belongings out of the house, but there are shelves/ drawers for your use in all of the bedrooms. There is a woodburner, and a bag of wood, should you need a fire during your stay. I will send you recommendations for local pubs, restaurants and attractions when you book.

Located in Bideford, this vacation home is near theme parks and by the sea. Arlington Court and Arlington Court are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Northam Burrows Country Park and North Devon Coast. Big Sheep and Clovelly Village are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
