The property enjoys quick and easy access to the South West coast path as well as other beautiful coastal and scenic walks, whilst enjoying stunning views over Bideford Bay and Lundy Island from the location. A short walk down one of the coastal footpaths takes you into Westward Ho! village with its plentiful selection of restaurants, pubs, bistros, delis, shops, weekend light entertainment and the glorious and far reaching sandy beach with both dog friendly and dog restricted beaches available. Famous as surfing, water and beach sports hotspot as well as hosting the Royal North Devon Golf Club, there s plenty to keep active guests busy whilst the village green and sandy beaches are perfect for relaxing with a beverage or one of the many delights available from the selection of eateries nearby. Within a short drive, there is, even more, to see and do in the area with a host of family attractions nearby which include The Big Sheep and The Milky Way or you can spend a day cycling on the old railway line The Tarka Trail, visit the historic fishing village of Clovelly or take a trip out on the famous Oldenburg Ferry to visit Lundy Island for the day and see the puffins. Entering the property on the ground floor into the spacious entrance hall, you are immediately drawn ahead to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which is the perfect entertaining, dining and cooking space all in one. The space features comfortable seating, a breakfast bar and stools for casual dining and drinking, as well as a formal dining table with seating for eight. The well equipped kitchen area has everything you need to cook up a storm, including an electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and American style fridge/freezer. Large concertina bi fold doors open into the rear garden to make the most of the setting evening sun and to draw the beautiful outdoor space into your relaxing living space. There s garden furniture for dining out and a charcoal BBQ ideal for spending relaxed evenings and a secure enclosed garden for any dogs. A utility room off the kitchen provides a washing machine, additional storage and sink as well as a door giving side access to the drive. Back to the hallway and to your left is the snug with seating and Smart TV, ideal for teens or adults looking for some downtime away from the hubbub of the open plan house. Books and games galore are available for you to enjoy. Opposite is a separate lounge that leads back into the open plan dining area, with a warming wood burner fire, smart TV, wooden floors, comfy sofas and a small alcove with a writing desk perfect for remote working if needed. Heading back through to the entrance hall there is a separate WC and the staircase taking you to the first floor where there are four bedrooms which comprise one king size room with Smart TV and an en suite shower room with WC, one double room and two twin rooms. The bathroom completes the accommodation with a shower over the bath and WC. Heading outside to the front of the property is a private seating area that gets the early morning sun and is sheltered and sunny throughout the day, here you will find comfy outdoor sofas and sun loungers perfect for relaxing days. There is off road parking on the drive to the side of the property for two/three cars.
