Further afield, the rugged beautiful Yorkshire coastline will surely provide a wonderful day of exploring while the North York Moors will provide all levels of walking enthusiasts with an invigorating challenge and panoramic views. This stylish house combines rustic charm with contemporary comfort. Step into the warm and inviting entrance hallway and you will instantly feel at home. The ground floor accommodation is ideal for mixed age groups but also suitable to someone with limited mobility. The impressive kitchen has high open vaulted ceilings, exposed stone walls and fully equipped should you wish to make a home cooked meal with gas hob and electric range cooker, American Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washingmachine. The lounge leads off from the kitchen with large dining table to gather round at mealtimes or playing board games. Light up the wood burner and cosy up on the comfy sofas to watch a movie on the smart TV. On sunny mornings, open the double doors and head out to the garden and enjoy breakfast on the patio. Across the hallway there are two of the bedrooms, the large master bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite wet room which could be suitable for someone less mobile and a TV .The second bedroom on this level has a double bed with a large bathroom across the hall which has a roll top bath, separate shower and WC . The first floor has a large bedroom with a king size bed and the second room is a twin room, a bathroom with a roll top bath and separate shower is shared with these two bedrooms. Outside the large private garden is a fantastic space with a large sunny patio, ideal for breakfast in the mornings or sun downers in the evening. There is a large lawn area excellent for children to run around. At the front of the property is a gravel parking area for three cars with room for more just up from the house.
