This property is a great escape for those looking for a luxury rural retreat. There are numerous wonderful walks through the estate, surrounding hills and the opportunity to indulge in traditional sports such as fishing. Enjoy a tour at Dalwhinnie distillery (6 miles) or visit Pattack Falls (16 miles). Newtonmore is 16 miles and has a selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Walk the Wildcat Trail (16 miles) through spectacular countryside, you're sure to be inspired by the scenery that surrounds you. Step into this luxury property through the arched doorway into the spacious ground floor hall. On this level, you have a well equipped country style kitchen, which has a triple AGA oven and electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer and there is a separate WC and cloakroom with a coat drying cabinet. The beautifully decorated dining room seats eight people comfortably in front of an open fire and has access to the two south facing verandas with seating and views of the loch and magnificent mountains beyond. Following the spiral staircase up to the first floor to the drawing room which is spacious, warm, and inviting, with elegant furnishings, deep sofas, a cosy open fire, and incredible views of the beautiful loch. Next is the lounge where you can relax on the comfortable sofa after a day out exploring the beautiful local area and watch a movie on Smart TV. The veranda can also be accessed from both rooms. The spiral staircase will lead you back down to the lower ground floor where you with find four individual, beautifully decorated bedrooms, one super king size, one king size and two twin rooms all with en suite bathrooms with deep baths with shower over and WC. A viewing point can be found at the top of the spiral staircase. Outside and down a few steps, you can enjoy the beach, the perfect area to relax whilst you admire the splendid countryside scenery. There is parking for three cars opposite the property.
