Only a short walk away are the Victorian Tunnels Beaches, which are steeped in history and where you can bathe in what was once the ladies' pool. Within walking distance is the pretty fishing harbour where you can see the magnificent Damien Hurst sculpture named Verity. Take a boat trip out and discover the rugged coastline of North Devon. Drive to the stunning sandy beaches of Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde, known to be the mecca for surfers. Other places of interest are Exmoor National park where you are sure to see the wild ponies and red deer, explore National Trust Arlington Court and Victorian gardens. Further afield Exmoor Zoo and Combe Martin dinosaur park and Watermouth Castle. Entering this attractive and stylish apartment you will walk upstairs to the first floor where the first bedroom is located and has two single beds and from here you will enter the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge has sumptuous sofas to sit and relax after a day at the beach and you can watch your favourite movies on the Smart TV or sit and play board games with your family and friends. There is a good size dining table to enjoy meals at. The well designed kitchen has everything you need to cook up meals for everyone, including an electric oven and hob, a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Also on this floor is a shower room and WC. On the next floor are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a king size bed and a Smart TV, another bedroom with a king size zip and link bed, which can be made into twin beds on request a Smart TV and a bedroom with two single beds with a Smart TV. There is also a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. There is a lovely patio area which is approached by sixteen steps at the side of the apartment, and this has a modern style patio furniture to relax and dine alfresco on the warm summer evenings.
