Cyclists will love the Tarka trail with 180 miles of off road safe cycling passing tearooms and stunning views along the coastline. Entering this charming detached holiday home you will appreciate the light and airy feel and the open plan lounge/kitchen where you can relax on the comfy sofas after a day of adventure. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a favourite recipe and sit at the dining table with your family and friends. To the main part of the property, there are 3 bedrooms, a king size bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC, a twin bedroom and a double zip n link bedroom (can be made as twins on request). The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC. A lovely snug/ games room is on the first floor with a Smart TV and lots of games to enjoy. Leading off from the main living area there is a self contained annexe for those seeking a bit more privacy, with a kitchen area with an electric oven, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and WC and a cosy lounge with a TV and fire stick. There are patio doors onto a pretty little patio area and stunning estuary views to wake up to and enjoy during your stay. The main garden is full of flowers and shrubs and offers a private area where you can dine outside on the lovely evenings and relax on the patio furniture whilst enjoying the Charcoal BBQ. Also in the garden, there is storage for bikes and a surfboard rack, lots of hanging rails for wetsuits and a hot outdoor shower. The annexe has it's own private decked area which looks on to the local cricket ground. In the outdoor shed are a washing machine and tumble dryer.
