The cottage accommodates up to eight guests with four well-appointed bedrooms, including two with superking zip and link beds that can be converted into twin rooms. The interior features a spacious and light-filled hallway leading to a kitchen dining area that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, including the iconic white cliffs of Freshwater Bay and Tennyson Downs. The sitting room provides a cozy atmosphere with ample seating and a comforting electric fire, all while overlooking the garden and the sea, ensuring a tranquil environment for relaxation.

Outside, guests can enjoy a beautifully maintained garden that includes a lockable garage for storing outdoor equipment such as bicycles and surfboards, as well as a table tennis table for recreational activities. The garden features a large lawn, fruit trees, and a shallow stream, creating a natural playground for families. A secluded "secret garden" offers an additional private space for guests to unwind, complete with a barbeque and seating areas surrounded by lush greenery and wildlife, including ducks, geese, and the occasional hawk.
