Hope Cove, located in the picturesque South West of England, is home to a spacious detached cottage that comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it an ideal choice for family holidays. This charming retreat is just a short stroll from the stunning beaches of Hope Cove, as well as a local village pub and shop. The property offers convenient access to the South West Coast Path, which allows visitors to explore breathtaking coastal walks leading to nearby destinations such as Salcombe and Thurlestone. Additionally, golf enthusiasts can enjoy nearby courses at Thurlestone and Bigbury, enhancing the appeal of this coastal getaway.

Upon entering the cottage, guests are greeted by a welcoming entrance porch that leads into a hallway, providing access to a downstairs w.c., a cozy sitting room, and a spacious kitchen/dining room. The sitting room is thoughtfully designed with two distinct areas: one for quiet reading, featuring a comfy chair, rocking chair, and large cushions, and another for relaxation, equipped with two sofas and entertainment options including a television, DVD player, video, Sky satellite system, and a CD/stereo. A large wall cabinet stocked with books invites guests to indulge in leisurely reading during their stay.

The expansive kitchen/dining room is perfect for family gatherings, featuring a large oak dining table surrounded by eight wicker chairs. This modern kitchen is well-equipped with a central breakfast bar, ceramic hob, electric fan oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, and freezer, ensuring all culinary needs are met. A small utility area or cloakroom adjacent to the kitchen offers additional convenience, serving as a secondary entrance for guests.

On the first floor, the cottage boasts four inviting bedrooms. The Master bedroom, which offers glimpses of the sea, is furnished with a king-size bed and includes an en suite bathroom complete with a large shower cubicle and 'rain' shower head. A twin bedroom features two single beds, while the third bedroom accommodates a single bed with a pull-out stacker bed. The fourth bedroom also offers a king bed. A spacious family bathroom is equipped with a roll-top bath, a mixer tap shower, a separate shower cubicle, basin, and w.c. For those who enjoy outdoor dining, the property features a large garden complete with a lawn, patio, and garden furniture, perfect for al fresco meals and relaxation in the fresh coastal air.
