Middle Farm, where Albertine is located, enjoys a sunny south-facing hillside position above Taddington Dale. The area is renowned for its scenic beauty and rich walking opportunities, with Monsal Dale just around the corner and Millers Dale within a short walking distance. The surroundings are a haven for nature enthusiasts, featuring diverse flora and fauna throughout the seasons. Birdwatchers will be particularly pleased, as the area is home to a variety of bird species, including nut hatches, woodpeckers, and tawny owls, among others.
