The interior of Higher Forda boasts an open-plan kitchen and snug area, perfect for socializing and family gatherings. It is equipped with all essential amenities and features a farmhouse-style dining table that comfortably seats all guests. Adjoining the kitchen is a cozy living room and TV area, while a wet room located near the entrance offers a practical space for sandy surfers returning from nearby beaches. This thoughtful layout enhances the overall experience for guests, ensuring they feel right at home.
Outside, the property is surrounded by beautiful Devonshire countryside and offers a large patio area complete with seating, a barbecue, and a spacious lawn.
